Why does an adult have to sign?

It's the law. The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act requires online sellers of vapor and tobacco products to ship with carriers that verify an adult signature (21+) when the package is delivered — so this step isn't optional on our end or the carrier's.

In most states, yes. VapesDept ships to 33 states, and someone 21 or older needs to be there to sign for the package at delivery, as the PACT Act requires.

Is the packaging discreet?

It is — everything goes out in plain, unbranded boxes. Because a signature is always required, the carrier won't leave your order sitting on the porch.

How fast is delivery?

That depends on where you are and the shipping speed you choose at checkout. Standard shipping is free once your order hits $75+.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

The carrier will try again or hold your package at a nearby facility for pickup. If a parcel goes unclaimed and comes back to us, a reshipping fee may apply.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Not at the moment. We ship nationwide and get orders out the door as quickly as we can, but same-day service isn't available yet.

Which states can you ship to?

We currently reach 33 states — including Texas, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, Pennsylvania. We can't ship to AK, AR, CA, CT, HI, KY, LA, MS, NE, NY, OH, OR, PR, RI, UT, VT, WI. Extra restrictions apply in IN and NJ.
