Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address, and order details. Payment card data is processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How We Use Information

To process online orders and pickup reservations.
To send order confirmations and pickup notifications (email via Resend, SMS via Textbelt).
To provide customer support and manage your account.
To recommend the closest store using your provided location or ZIP code.

Wholesale Applications

If you apply for a wholesale account, we collect the business and contact details you submit (including business name, address, purchasing information) and any documents you upload, such as licenses and tax identifiers. We use this information solely to verify eligibility, review and manage your wholesale account, and comply with applicable law. Uploaded documents are stored in a private, access-controlled location and are visible only to you and our staff.

Third-Party Services

We share data with service providers strictly to operate the store: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Textbelt (SMS), and Google Maps (geocoding). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Location Data

Geolocation is used only at your request to find the nearest store and is not stored beyond the request. You may decline and enter a ZIP code instead.
