In-Store Pickup Policy

Pickup orders must be paid in store. Valid government-issued ID is required. Pickup is only available for adults 21+.
How Pickup Works
- Reserve eligible items online and choose your store and pickup time.
- Confirm you are 21 or older during checkout.
- We notify the store and send you a confirmation email.
- Arrive at your selected time, present valid ID, and pay in store.
Identification
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older is required. Orders will not be released without it. The name on the ID should match the reservation where possible.
Holding Period
Reservations are held for a reasonable period after the selected pickup time. Unclaimed reservations may be released back to inventory.
Pricing
Prices shown online are estimates for reservation purposes. Final pricing and applicable taxes are charged in store at the time of purchase.
