21+ Requirement for Pickup

In-store pickup is restricted to adults aged 21 or older. Before placing a pickup reservation, customers must affirmatively confirm they are 21 or older. This confirmation is recorded with the reservation.

ID Verification at Pickup

Age confirmation online does not replace in-person verification. Staff will check a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at pickup. Orders are not released without successful verification, and no refund of an online charge applies because pickup orders are paid in store.

Online Store (21+)

Age-restricted products, including vaping and nicotine products, are sold online only to adults 21 years of age or older and ship only to states and localities where their sale is permitted. All online orders require an adult signature (21+) at delivery in accordance with the federal Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act; a person 21 or older must present a valid government-issued photo ID to receive the package. We may verify age and cancel any order where eligibility cannot be reasonably established. See our Vape Delivery page for shipping states and restrictions.

Hemp & CBD Products (21+)

Hemp-derived and CBD products are sold only to adults 21 or older, whether purchased online for shipping or reserved for in-store pickup. By ordering these products you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that they are legal to purchase and possess in your jurisdiction. We may cancel any order where age eligibility cannot be reasonably established.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse release of any pickup order where age or identity cannot be verified to staff's satisfaction.
