Wholesale Terms

1. Eligibility & Approval

Wholesale accounts are available to licensed businesses only. To apply, you must submit the wholesale application and any business documentation we require (which may include a tobacco license, IRS SS-4/EIN, and sales-and-use tax ID, where your state requires them). We review each application and may approve or deny it at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

2. Wholesale Pricing & Bulk Orders

Wholesale (by-the-box / bulk) pricing is visible only to approved wholesale accounts and may differ from retail pricing. Minimum quantities, case sizes, and availability are set per product and may change without notice. Prices are subject to change until an order is placed.

3. Accounts & Documentation

You are responsible for keeping your business and licensing information current and for all activity under your account. We may request updated documentation and may suspend or revoke wholesale access if information is inaccurate, expired, or if required licenses lapse.

4. Orders, Payment & Shipping

Approved wholesale orders are placed online and paid through our checkout. Title and risk of loss pass on shipment unless otherwise agreed. Shipping timelines are estimates. You are responsible for ensuring that products you purchase for resale are lawful to sell in your jurisdiction and that you hold all required licenses and permits.

5. Resale & Compliance

Wholesale products are sold for lawful resale by licensed businesses. You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including age-restriction, tax, and product-registration requirements. Age-restricted products may not be resold to anyone under the legal age, and you are solely responsible for age verification at your point of sale.

6. Returns

Wholesale returns are handled under our Refund Policy unless a separate written agreement applies.
